[交流] so water this afternoon

watered some posts this afternoon and felt a little boring and tired,i plan to do some running after finishing the work today~~~~

running should be in the morning. late running may cause you to breath too much waste air.

it is too hard to get up early in the morning and i failed to find a good place to run near my house, if run in the morning,i need get up early and take a shower when finish it, not available for me now,and the air in that school is not bad~~~

yeah I know the time problem.

But I read a research work years ago by UK, because the city waste air will be denser in the evening, especially around 7pm. So it is not a good idea to walk or go outside at that time. On the other hand, it may be just applied to UK and we may have different time.

yeah,and i read a article ，it said the best running time for ur body is the afternoon,at about 18:00 or around, of course,u should find a good place to run but not on the road,the waster air does is bad for our health~~~
