[交流] it is a very terrible evening

tonight is very very terrible, it is a thunderstorm evening. the thunderlight is very shining, the thunder is so loud. i am very frightened, i fear thunderstorm, particulaly the thunderlight, i can\'t fall asleep. what should i do? wuwu~~horrible~~maybe i can make the quilt cover me tightly !~tai hai pa la!

you don\'t need to fear that,i am here……yeah,on the way to school,only hard-seat,really hard to fall asleep too.haha,you can try to  avoid  concentrating on thunderlight,be brave……xixi

Let me explain this, if you are afraid of something, you can choose to keep on afraid of it, or get rid of it from your memory of fear.

So it depends what you wanna do.

And a nightmare movie, like a ride on the roller coaster, give you much horrible feeling and afterward, you are well trained to the feeling and in later stage, fear of nothing like.

There are experiences from time to time common to what you had mentioned, for example the first swimming session, first riding on bicycle, first cooking in kitchen etc., you can try a easier way to handle the flash-fear, try fetch some photos of flash from internet and they look so beautiful, enjoy watching the shape of branches, the spikes and how they never repeat one look out of a million, then your fear will probably become lesser and lesser

today is clear up, a nice and a cool day. i fell asleep at about 1:00 last night when the rain was  gradually light.
how long will you stay in the train??

yeah, our expert gave a very very usefull suggestion, i just did as what you said.and then fell aslleep when the rain become light.
