There are experiences from time to time common to what you had mentioned, for example the first swimming session, first riding on bicycle, first cooking in kitchen etc., you can try a easier way to handle the flash-fear, try fetch some photos of flash from internet and they look so beautiful, enjoy watching the shape of branches, the spikes and how they never repeat one look out of a million, then your fear will probably become lesser and lesser |
