Let me explain this, if you are afraid of something, you can choose to keep on afraid of it, or get rid of it from your memory of fear. So it depends what you wanna do. And a nightmare movie, like a ride on the roller coaster, give you much horrible feeling and afterward, you are well trained to the feeling and in later stage, fear of nothing like. |
