[交流] 【CatTim】what will you do to relax yourself?

hi, i am CatTim.

many of us kind of blur the line between personal and professional life. we stay in the lab from morning to evening for almost 14 hours. and it is true that the things we do in the workplace are not all about work. a little rest and recuperation are also very important for us. and we all know it.

so let talk freely about what you  will do to relax yourself and get you energy back? share your tips with me.

as far as i am concerned, i will always choose to take a walk. you know, the work we have keeps us indoor all the time. doing a little bit walk outside the door in the neighborhood can fresh us and open our mind to relax ourselves. for me it is perfect to set aside about 20 mins to walk around, especially in the summer nights.

I also like wandering in summer nights.That's really cozy when relax ourself in a clam surroundings.

I haven't work in weekends.But I just a lazy worm. Though I like travel around in many place, the hot summer limits my enthusiasm.

I will surf the Emuch and English cafe to relax myself.I can call to my classmate by short phone number and take a long chatting for the fee is limited in 5 yuan package.That's cost a little but we can communicate frequently and knowing each other's recently conditions.

Perhaps that's seems a little boring.I think that way can not suitable for quiet a niu any more.

Well,I go to the KTV to sing songs.
It is really an effective way for me to release pressure.
As my voice is really loud and not pleasant to hear, my friends always go out while I am singing.Haha~
Anyway,I feel relaxed when I am singing a passionate song.

well, it seems like a simple question, but it do have a great effect in our life. As far as i am concerned, i'd like to play sports with my friends, watch some movies which could help me relax, or go to the ballroom on weekend, it's really a good place for me, cause i can not only dance with my classmates or teachers, but also communicate with them, you know, we all are in our labs all day and barely see each other. Anyway, get yourself away from your work and do something with your friends, which will help you.

Go around with some friends ,have a delicious meal , KTV , short walking ,or just  a film ,play cards or something.All in all ,life is beutiful and exiciting though most time work is boring and tiring.

I like playing badminton with my roommates to relax myself,because I find surfing the Internet for a long time makes me more tired.Well,I alse read some history books as long as time is allowed.

Different from you , I always exercise a series of taijiquan to relax myself ,to cultivate my pace of mind and  to make me energetic, the same thing as listen to music like koto music and some songs of sadingding ,which improve my work efficency
