【CatTim】what will you do to relax yourself?

hi, i am CatTim. many of us kind of blur the line between personal and professional life. we stay in the lab from morning to evening for almost 14 hours. and it is true that the things we do in the workplace are not all about work. a little rest and recuperation are also very important for us. and we all know it. so let talk freely about what you will do to relax yourself and get you energy back? share your tips with me. as far as i am concerned, i will always choose to take a walk. you know, the work we have keeps us indoor all the time. doing a little bit walk outside the door in the neighborhood can fresh us and open our mind to relax ourselves. for me it is perfect to set aside about 20 mins to walk around, especially in the summer nights. | well, it seems like a simple question, but it do have a great effect in our life. As far as i am concerned, i'd like to play sports with my friends, watch some movies which could help me relax, or go to the ballroom on weekend, it's really a good place for me, cause i can not only dance with my classmates or teachers, but also communicate with them, you know, we all are in our labs all day and barely see each other. Anyway, get yourself away from your work and do something with your friends, which will help you. |
