Different from you , I always exercise a series of taijiquan to relax myself ,to cultivate my pace of mind and  to make me energetic, the same thing as listen to music like koto music and some songs of sadingding ,which improve my work efficency

The effective way for me to release pressure and relax myself is playing basketball with my friends
we playing and chatting, after that we get together and have a meal. This way is very suitable for me.

I will prefer playing table tennis with my workmates. Doing some excerises can both relaxing our brain, bodies and eyes. I feel much better after that.

It is a good question for us to talk about. Now it is summer time. In the past, I went home to enjoy my happy summer vacation with my old friends and families. However now, I have to stay at school to finish my paper work. Reading relevant documents is an arduous work. Sometimes, I feel a little bored. At that moment, I tell myself to hold on. When I get tired of it, I will have a little break of ten or fifteen minutes for exercising myself. I am afraid that I may tend to have a pain in my back or neck. after a long-time study. At night, I will do an hour of yoga. It is a fabulous way to relax myself. What’s more, I will watch some TV shows to relax myself. I think there are many ways to relax yourself. Maybe make a phone call to your dear friends who are far away from you, or go shopping sometimes. However, it depends on yourself.

my favorite method to relax is watching entertainment programs on line.
The first reason I think it is special is that no commecial advertisement exists in series. although these programs  are on live, watching them on TV cost more time than on line and sometimes these ad. make me unhappy. Take the case of Hunan TV, I think this have the longest time of advertisements. During two consecutive plots there is ten minutes recess. Then I will change to other programs.
On a futher note, the programs  provided on line are up-to- date. Internet can provide us somethings which are unavialable on TV such as internetional programs. For example, gossiple girl are brocasted on Thursday,then we can watch the newest episode on Firday with Chinese subtitles which may be provided two years later or even more time.
