【CatTim】what will you do to relax yourself?

hi, i am CatTim. many of us kind of blur the line between personal and professional life. we stay in the lab from morning to evening for almost 14 hours. and it is true that the things we do in the workplace are not all about work. a little rest and recuperation are also very important for us. and we all know it. so let talk freely about what you will do to relax yourself and get you energy back? share your tips with me. as far as i am concerned, i will always choose to take a walk. you know, the work we have keeps us indoor all the time. doing a little bit walk outside the door in the neighborhood can fresh us and open our mind to relax ourselves. for me it is perfect to set aside about 20 mins to walk around, especially in the summer nights. It is a good question for us to talk about. Now it is summer time. In the past, I went home to enjoy my happy summer vacation with my old friends and families. However now, I have to stay at school to finish my paper work. Reading relevant documents is an arduous work. Sometimes, I feel a little bored. At that moment, I tell myself to hold on. When I get tired of it, I will have a little break of ten or fifteen minutes for exercising myself. I am afraid that I may tend to have a pain in my back or neck. after a long-time study. At night, I will do an hour of yoga. It is a fabulous way to relax myself. What’s more, I will watch some TV shows to relax myself. I think there are many ways to relax yourself.
