【CatTim】what will you do to relax yourself?

hi, i am CatTim. many of us kind of blur the line between personal and professional life. we stay in the lab from morning to evening for almost 14 hours. and it is true that the things we do in the workplace are not all about work. a little rest and recuperation are also very important for us. and we all know it. so let talk freely about what you will do to relax yourself and get you energy back? share your tips with me. as far as i am concerned, i will always choose to take a walk. you know, the work we have keeps us indoor all the time. doing a little bit walk outside the door in the neighborhood can fresh us and open our mind to relax ourselves. for me it is perfect to set aside about 20 mins to walk around, especially in the summer nights. Well,I go to the KTV to sing songs. It is really an effective way for me to release pressure. As my voice is really loud and not pleasant to hear, my friends always go out while I am singing.Haha~ Anyway,I feel relaxed when I am singing a passionate song. |
