请大侠们帮忙看看审稿意见

投Measurement 5个月后被reject 了。请各位大侠帮忙分析分析审稿意见，小白我自己觉得这种意见不至于被拒吧。信里说让我按意见改完再投过去（以新的文章），大家说说究竟什么意思啊。信内容如下： For your guidance, I append the reviewers' comments below. Please note that you are encouraged to submit a revised version of this manuscript as a new submission, if you are willing to take the reviewer comments into account. If you are prepared to resubmit, please quote this manuscript's number in the cover letter. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to consider your work Reviewer #1: The paper entitled "xxxx" is interested for scientifique community. The author should address the following comments before publication. The references are almost used in "Introduction", and in other parts (e.g., Magnetic sensor configuration, Theory analysis for three different methods, Comparative analysis, and so on) there are less references, they are all your work? Is it necessary to cite 20 papers? Minor revision is required to improve the paper structure and its readability. It is suggested that some numerical comparison should be incorporated using the developed eqns (1-12) with the experimental findings. |

单看审稿人意见的话是小修，但编辑的决定是让你修改后重投。 “Please note that you are encouraged to submit a revised version of this manuscript as a new submission, if you are willing to take the reviewer comments into account.” 提交修改稿的话就是按重投处理，并且重投时必须认真按这次的审稿意见修改，否则……你懂的。 “If you are prepared to resubmit, please quote this manuscript's number in the cover letter.” 这句话就更明显了，要求LZ重投时把这次的稿件编号附在cover letter里。 |
