The RNA thus isolated was quantitatively analyzed and used to synthesize cDNA by RT-PCR in the presence of the reverse transcriptase SuperscriptIII (Invitrogen), with 35 dermal cycles of 94(摄氏度）for 45 sec, 55(摄氏度）for 45 sec and 72(摄氏度） for 1.5 min. Inhibitory effects on gene expression were analyzed on agarose gel. The primers used in the gene amplification were summarized in Table 1. As a control gene, GAPDH was used.
