The RNA thus isolated was quantitatively analyzed and used to synthesize cDNA by RT-PCR in the presence of the reverse transcriptase Superscript III (Invitrogen), with 35 dermal cycles of 94(摄氏度）for 45 sec, 55(摄氏度）for 45 sec and 72(摄氏度） for 1.5 min. 对由此分离的RNA进行定量分析，并用于通过RT-PCR合成cDNA，在逆转录酶Superscript III 存在下，经过94摄氏度45秒、55摄氏度45秒和72摄氏度1.5分的35个循环。Inhibitory effects on gene expression were analyzed on agarose gel.
