[求助] 求助如何做化合物的生物活性

本人学化学的，近日合成了一些化合物，想做它的细胞毒性，查阅了些文献，看到下面一段话，但是有些地方不太懂呀，请各位大侠赐教。
Exponentially growing cells were seeded at 0.5x106per each well of a 24-well plate (Nunc) and cells were then exposed to compounds 4/6（怎样使细胞和化合物接触呀）. Stock solutions of the test compounds in DMSO were used for serial dilutions in complete culture medium. Cells were exposed to the drugs for 48 h in a 5% CO2/95% air atmosphere. The
number of viable cells was counted in Bu¨rker hemocytometer using the trypan-blue exclusion assay. Dose/response curves were determined. Values of IC50 were
used as a measure of cellular sensitivity to given treatment .

我们一般使用MTT法测试化合物抗肿瘤活性。于96孔板接种细胞悬液，90 μL/孔，细胞密度2×10的四次方个/mL，37℃，5 %CO2浓度的培养箱中培养12h，加10μL/孔相应浓度药物，继续培养44h, 加MTT10μL/孔培养4h, 从培养箱中取出，倒板，加DMSO100 μL/孔溶解MTT，测量570 nm波长下肿瘤细胞OD值，代入公式：(ODcontrol-ODtreated)/ ODcontrol×100 %计算抑制率
