前几天投到IJPR文章一篇，昨天得到回复Reject with allowed resubmission，原文如下：Please note that one of the criteria used when assessing papers and their suitability for the International Journal of Production Research, is the extent to which the work is integrated and up to date with the existing body of literature. For future submissions, please check through recent volumes of the International Journal of Production Research and other relevant journals, updating your commentary on the literature as necessary (including consideration of papers in press) to ensure your article is as contemporary as possible. If you wish to resubmit your paper, following the advice given above, then please submit as a new paper. 然后，我看到处理系统里显示：Reject with allowed resubmission。我感觉，可能没送审，只是副编辑看了一下。一直强调引用IJPR的文章，说这样才是as contemporary as possible，我看了看，确实自己的参考文献里一篇IJPR的文章都没有，呵呵。大家认为加上IJPR的几篇文献，再Resubmit 有希望吗？注：这个期刊2012年刚换了新主编 |
