[求助] 审稿意见似乎不是很严重状态是return for major rewriting 是怎么回事？

审稿意见回来：
Dear Mr. We now have referees' comments on the above paper.  I am pleased to tell you that the work is of interest, but regret to say that the paper is not considered suitable in its present form for publication.  The reasons are detailed in the comments below.
You will see that a number of general and specific points are mentioned which necessitate extensive rewriting of the paper.
Please consider how you wish to proceed. If you are able to revise the paper extensively, to deal in full with all the points mentioned, we shall be willing to consider the position further.

Reviewer #1: The paper addresses a real subject and has been revised to a reasonable length for the subject matter. Other papers have looked at materials properties (e.g. ref [5]), but this paper considers different materials and concentrates in greater detail on microstructure. Figures are generally good and the paper is appropriately referenced.
However, for publication the standard of language must be improved clarified in all parts of the paper and the Conclusions should include not just what changes in properties occur but also WHY they occur.

the Conclusions should include not just what changes in properties occur but also WHY they occur. 这句才是关键讨论部分应当重写不仅仅包括哪些特性发生了变化还应该解释一下为什么会发生这样的变化
