IEEE CL最终上传请教

请问IEEE communications letters接收后的最终上传要有哪些文件？ 他给的list： -Final papers submitted in TeX or LaTeX only -Figures in .eps format -PDF file of final version of paper -PDF file of signed copyright or copyright receipt (top portion of form must be completed) 除此之外还要求 The message accompanying final files must include the following information: - Paper CL #. - Contact author's full contact information (name, affiliation, address, e-mail). - Affiliations for all co-authors - Original submission date. - Name of Associate Editor who accepted paper. - EDICS #: http://dl.comsoc.org/comml/author.html 请问这些message怎么发过去，是在email过去final files的时候写上就行了么？ 还有，- Affiliations for all co-authors,- Original submission date这些要不要在final PDF file里加到文章第一页的左下角啊？ |
