[求助] materials &design 审稿意见求助

投materials & design，under review 20多天后，给了Revise.

Reviewers' comments:

there are a lot of drawbacks in the text and it is recommended that the manuscript be revised (major) before further consideration (English professional may help).

Comments:
- The long confusing sentences in all parts of the manuscript (for example the first and last sentence in abstract; the first two sentences in introduction and so on ......).
- Experimental section: the dimensions of specimens were not clearly stated. The detail experiments and test must be stated (for example mechanical tests and weight loss).
- Results and discussion: The long confusing sentences (for example the first sentence in mechanical properties in page ** . There are many others ).
- There is no page numbers.
- There is no Figure numbers.

审稿意见没有怎么提及文章内容的问题，主要是语言方面，这是不是说明英语太差，审稿人直接没有仔细看文章内容，属于最初的语言关没有通过，重新修改后还有机会么？另外本文是混凝土耐久性方面的文章，不知道主题合适不，还望高人指点！
