[交流] 求助material & design杂志审稿问题已有7人参与

各位虫虫大家好，有没有谁投过《materials & design》的？帮我分析一下：
第一次审稿意见：
Dear XXX,

The reviewers have commented on your above paper. They indicated that it is not acceptable for publication in its present form.

However, if you feel that you can suitably address the reviewers' comments (included below), I invite you to revise and resubmit your manuscript.

Please carefully address the issues raised in the comments.

If you are submitting a revised manuscript, please also:

a) outline each change made (point by point) as raised in the reviewer comments

AND/OR

b) provide a suitable rebuttal to each reviewer comment not addressed

2. Enter your login details

3. Click [Author Login]
This takes you to the Author Main Menu.

4. Click [Submissions Needing Revision]

When submitting your revised manuscript, please ensure that you upload the source files (e.g. Word). Uploading only a PDF file at this stage will create delays should your manuscript be finally accepted for publication. If your revised submission does not include the source files, we will contact you to request them.

Reviewer: This paper is useful,preparation progress should also influence the performance and should be studied in next step.

Editor: Please remove Reference 14, it may not be accepted for publication, and reorder reference citations accordingly - you might think of a reference to replace this reference because would expect 15 to 20 references in total. Place Nomenclature after Acknowledgement and before Reference list.

2. 我按照审稿人的意见修改了，其中，第一个审稿人要求的考虑制备过程因素的影响，我拒绝修改了，给出了我认为比较充分的理由。过了十几天，状态一直是with editor，今天受到第二次审稿意见：
DEAR XXX，

这一部分都是一样的

Editor: Thank you for making the reviewer and editor requested changes. I apologise but had missed that you used letters in some of your equation labelling - only identify equations using whole numbers. Also please identify your figures.

我想问一下：综合上面两封信，这篇文章是大修还是小修？状态只有revised。另外，我这次按照编辑的意见修改完后，还要不要再送审了？有投过录过的虫虫帮忙解答一下
