1.Mixtures of A and B were employed as digestion reagents to digest samples on electric hot plate completely.
这里的介词我觉得用on好些不，在什么什么上面,还有这个定语放这个位置容易变成是修饰samples的，要换个表达
我的习惯表达可能会是Mixtures of A and B were used as digestion reagents, on the electric hot plate they can digest samples completely .
2.The linear range is between C and D , and the spiked recovery is between E and F%.
