Interesting is organic solvent handle stress can not only improve the wild type strains protease yield, improve mutation breeding of the strains of protease mutations for production. Part of the microbial by increasing the protease secreted quantity and improve its organic solvent tolerance, therefore, organic solvent stress will improve the protease production. The researchers found that in the fermentation add organic solvent can improve the protease yield, but organic solvents may cause environmental pollution, and remove the fermented liquid organic solvent relatively difficult. Use organic solvent stress after processing ferment produce protease, need not in culture add organic solvent, lower the cost and reduce the process, green environmental protection. |
