It is a process design of brewery fermentation plant at the annual production of 100000 ton. It comprises barley malt as raw material and rice as auxiliary material. The design subject is fermentation plant. Firstly, we select and proof the fermentation process. Then, we confirm the volume and number of master in saccharification plant based on the heats and materials of fermentation plant. After that, we confirm the type of accessory equipments in fermentation plant, arrange plant and design auxiliary plant. Finally, we need to design the whole arrangement of factory and fermentation plant in order to obtain a well-designed factory. it also comprises a standard plane allocation plan and pipeline flowchart of fermentation plant.
