本设计是年产10万吨啤酒厂发酵车间工艺设计；其生产原料以大麦麦芽为原料，大米为辅料。设计的主体为发酵车间。首先对发酵工艺选择及论证；再通过发酵车间物料和热量进行衡算确定糖化车间主要设备的容量和数量；对发酵车间附属设备进行选型、车间布置、辅助车间的设计。最后还对全厂整体布局和发酵车间布局进行设计，力求做到厂区的美观大方。 本设计还包括标准的发酵车间平面分布图和管道流程图 关键词：啤酒；工厂；发酵；设计 |

This is a processing design of fermentation plant in brewery with a production of 100000 ton whose fermentation plant is barley malt and auxiliary material is rice. Fermentation plant is the main part of this design. First of all, we select and proof the processing of fermentation. After that, we confirm the volume and number of major installation based on the heats and materials of fermentation plant in saccharify plant. Then we confirm the type of accessory equipments in fermentation plant, arrangement of plant and design of auxiliary plant. At last, we need to design the whole arrangement of factory and fermentation plant in order to get a well-designed factory. What’s more, there’s also a standard plane map and pipeline flowchart of fermentation plant. |
