This is a processing design of fermentation plant in brewery with a production of 100000 ton whose fermentation plant is barley malt and auxiliary material is rice. Fermentation plant is the main part of this design. First of all, we select and proof the processing of fermentation. After that, we confirm the volume and number of major installation based on the heats and materials of fermentation plant in saccharify plant. Then we confirm the type of accessory equipments in fermentation plant, arrangement of plant and design of auxiliary plant. At last, we need to design the whole arrangement of factory and fermentation plant in order to get a well-designed factory.
