欲仿照一篇文献用阳极伏安法测试汞离子。文献如下:
Fig. 4 compares square wave anodic stripping voltammetric (SWASV) response for Hg2+ obtained at Au electrodes modified withgraphene oxide (black curve) and with cysteamine-functionalizedgraphene (red curve). In this case, both electrodes were first immersedinto aqueous solution of Hg2+ with the same concentration for 2 h, taken out of the solution, and rinsed with water. The electrodes werethen immersed into 0.10 M HCl solution containing no Hg2+ and were polarized at -0.10 V for 10 s before square wave voltammetric measurements. In an independent experiment, we found that the reduction at -0.10 V for 10 s was enough to reduce Hg2+ tethered onto the cysteamine-functionalized graphene surface.
请问:
1.在汞离子溶液中吸附了2h后,在0.1M的HCl中在-0.1V极化10s的目的是什么,为什么不直接测啊?
2.谁用过CHI740D电化学工作站?怎么设置这些条件呢?我只找到了square wave voltammetric 的选项,在system里有这些选项:Init E(V) ,Final E(V) ,Incr E(V) ,Amplitude(V) ,Frequency(Hz) ,Quiet time(Sec) ,Senstivity(A/V).在control菜单中找到Stripping mode选项,见下图。
本人对电化学所知甚少,求电化学高人指点,解释得越详细越好!
