[求助] 论文审稿意见回复，求高人指点

最近投稿的文章修回来了，有个问题一直不知道怎么回复，求高人指点！
问题：

Pg 14, Lns 9-11: Authors state: “The Chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase activities in flesh around wound of control apple fruit increased with storage time, while ELF inoculation obviously enhanced the activities of both enzymes (Fig. 5 a and b).”
Increased activity of chitinase above those of control was at a specific time point (2 h), but it leveled off at the end of the experimental period with that of control. The question is: Increasing in that particular moment is important for fungus control? (This must be considered in the “Discussion” section, but it was not!).
Moreover, authors use in the assay 0.7 mg/mL LF and ELF that I previously commented that is a too high concentration!

1.Increasing in that particular moment is important for fungus control?这个问题要好好在讨论部分展开论文，但是遗憾的是你的讨论里面没有涉及；
2. 0.7 mg/mL LF and ELF这个浓度对于做酶活性而言太高了，要么你好好解释，要么重做实验。
