壳聚糖的电离度怎么测

如题,想测一下壳聚糖在不同pH值时的电离度。有一篇文章叫《Preparation and characterization of sodium hexameta phosphate cross-linked chitosan microspheres for controlled and sustained delivery of centchroman》，他的方法是To determine the pH of maximum interactions between hexameta polyphosphate anions and amino groups of chitosan, the mixture of sodium hexameta polyphosphate (0.1 g l−1) and chitosan (0.2 g l−1) was dissolved in 20 ml 0.01MHCl and titrated with 0.01M NaOH using UV–vis spectrophotometer at λmax 420 nm and change in solution pH was recorded. To determine the degree of dissociation, the sodium hexameta polyphosphate (SHMP)was dissolved in excess solution of 0.1MHCl and back titrated with alkali.但是我的结果和文章给的不一样。希望哪位大侠指点一下！ |
