chemical communications 四天后被Publishing Editor 给拒了，要argue吗，崩溃！
本人3月12号往CC上投了一篇，四天后直接收到publishing Editor 的Decision letter，说我的稿子，
“ I’m sorry to say that on this occasion your paper will not be considered further because the work is of insufficient impact or urgency to warrant publication in a high impact chemistry journal such as ChemComm.”
随后他又推荐把我转发到RSC Advances
