投了一篇文章，一个月后要求大修，4个审稿人， Reviewer: 1 Comments to the Author Overall, the results of this manuscript are clear and support the conclusions. However, there are several areas that would benefit from further revision. Reviewer: 2 Comments to the Author This study is a progress in understanding underlying mechanism of xxx and could shed some light on the treatment of this disease. There are several points to be addressed by authors for clarity. Reviewer: 3 Comments to the Author This study is interesting and has the potential to bring clinically relevant perspectives, especially the extensive documentation part, is valuable and informative to the related area.However, my enthusiasm is somewhat tempered by the lack of mechanistic data. The following issues should be addressed: Reviewer: 4 Comments to the Author The experiment design and the data interpretation in this manuscript are fairly done. There are a couple of points which the authors should address. 根据审稿意见修改后投出，到目前为止，awaiting AE recommendation 状态已经4个多星期了，前天E-mail问了编辑，但未见邮件回来，是不是凶多吉少啊？请各位前辈多多指教，谢谢！ |
