我国褐煤(Brown coal)资源丰富,但富含褐煤蜡(Lgnite wax)的褐煤矿藏不多,主要集中于云南省,且并未较好地综合开发利用,随着富蜡褐煤资源的日益稀缺和褐煤蜡市场需求的日益高涨,如何综合开发和有效利用富蜡褐煤资源成为迫切亟待深入研究的课题。本项目提出褐煤资源利用的一条综合利用新途径:即对富蜡褐煤资源先用甲苯提取褐煤蜡粗蜡,后脱去影响粗蜡深加工的褐煤树脂(Lgnite resin),对脱出的褐煤树脂进行食品和医药应用开发,脱脂蜡氧化精制深加工,最后的煤残质加工制备褐煤腐植酸(Humic acids)产品。项目结合云南富蜡褐煤资源的资源特色,以云南昭通和峨山富蜡褐煤为研究对象,重点针对途径中生产工艺对褐煤蜡成分和含量的影响、褐煤蜡氧化精制深加工、褐煤树脂成分分离分析及活性研究、氧化废液的再生循环处理这四大关键性问题进行应用基础研究工作,项目的完成将为稀缺富蜡褐煤资源的综合有效利用问题的解决提供有力依据,更是对我国富蜡褐煤资源有效利用研究的新突破。

but the resourses of Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal  are few,it is  mainly in the Yunnan Province, moreover it is without well  comprehensive development and utilization, so with the  resources become increasingly scarce and the growing market demand, how to  develop comprehensively and make good use of Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal resources   becomes  an  urgent  study to be solved.The project proposed a new way to make a comprehensive use of  Brown coal .Tha t is first use toluene to extract the slop wax from the  Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal,Then remove   the Lgnite resin ,which would affect  further processing of the slop wax , make good use of the Lgnite resin in food  and medicine industry.oxidizate the wax without  Lgnite resin to  conduct a refined processing, Residual coal was made into Humic acids products . The project combines the characteristics of Yunnan where are rich in Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal  resources ,  choose Zhaotong's and Asan's  Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal as studyobjects ,  focus on the four key problems as   basic research work  ,they are the influence of processing,the oxidation  and refined processing of wax,the  separation, analysis and active research of Lgnite resin,the recycling processing of the oxidated effluent.to finish the project will provide a soud evidence to solve the problem ,which is the comprehensive development and utilization of the rare Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal ,what's more it is also a breakthrogh study  of effective utilization of our contry's Lgnite wax-rich Brown coal .
