审稿意见第二条什么意思
俺是新手投稿，上个月在同一期刊上投了两篇，给了意见是让整合，以下是审稿意见，但技术问题第二条是什么意思，我不明白，请虫友指点

You have recently uploaded another manuscript with very similar subject to the current one. Both manuscripts contain identical parts which can be avoided. Please combine these manuscripts and re-submit it if you still interested in evaluating of your work.
Technical Comments:
1-Abstract is short, it has less than 200 words.
2-Bulk Referencing has been used.
3-Out of 15 citations, there is only one reference cited from direct polymer Journal.
