审稿意见回来，其中一条理解上不确定。句中的“Otherwise”是什么意思？如何翻译整段句子？句子前后关系如何？ 提前谢谢好心虫友！ Fig 9: The pictures used here look unclear to compare expression levels in each developmental stage. The authors should change it to more clear pictures. Otherwise, further experiments needed with different number of PCR cycle or different volume of template cDNA for more clear results.
