For the pH dependent release studies, three different buffer solutions with the same NaCl concentration (0.15 M) were chosen: sodium acetate buffer for pH 5.0, phosphate buffer for pH 6.5 and 7.4. DOX@M-MSN–P(NIPAM-co-MAA) was dispersed in 2 mL of buffer, and the dispersion was transferred into a dialysis bag (molecular weight cut off ¼ 14 000). The dialysis bag was then kept in 200 mL of buffer and gently shaken at 37 C. At timed intervals, 1 mL of solution was withdrawn from the solution and analyzed by UV-vis. To keep a constant volume, 1 mL of fresh buffer was added after each sampling. All drug release results were averaged with three measurements,其实文献挺多的，大致就是这么个方法，你要根据具体情况而定 |
