mdrun出错，求帮助

各位，我的mdrun报错 是这样的：waring:1-4interaction between 1936 and1939 at distance 4.425 which is larger than the 1-4 table size 2 .4nm these are ignored for the rest of the simulation.this usually means your systerm is exploding,if not ,you should increase table-extension in your mdp file or with user tables increase the table size 我的mdp文件中dt已经设置的很小了，而且 table-extension 应该怎么写在文件中，大小如何设置呢？ waring2:lincs waring relative constraint deviation after lincs : rms 503.186673 .max 23064.251953 (between atom 1420 and 1421) bonds that rotated more than 30 degrees 请教各位高手这种问题如何处理，我实在是没法了。。。。 |
