咨询一下大家的意见，这种情况下是否需要重新投稿？

小虫前一段时间投了一篇文章，是mesoporous microporous materials上的，最近被编辑拒稿了，细节的审稿意见内容我就不列了，主要一些语句能够反映态度的如下： 编辑：Reviewers' comments on your work have now been received. You will see that the evaluations varies from major revision to rejection. Becasue all the comments contain critical comments which the authors should revise substantially, I must reject your manuscript this time. If you think you can fully revise the manuscript by considering all the comments, you may submit such a manuscript as a new submission. In this case please explain all the responses to the comments in the cover letter. 编辑认为是需要修改的内容太多，所以拒掉；但是编辑又给了一个机会，说如果能够对审稿人的意见做有效地回复，还是可以重投的。 Reviewer #1: The original findings on the ........ (论文标题) could be found in this manuscript. Therefore, the reviewer thinks that it does merit publication in Microporous & Mesoporous Materials after addressing points shown below. Reviewer #2: Manuscript No:- MICMAT-D-11-00860 This manuscript describes a simple method for synthesis .... The authors have performed structural and morphological analysis of the synthesized materials and have demonstrated its applicability as ....... The characterization of the material has been performed well. However, there are some points which the authors should clarify and some typographical as well as language corrections is needed. In my opinion, the manuscript can be considered for publication after the following revision/clarification. Reviewer #3: 11-00860 I. The English expression is not so nicely described. This paper is certainly inappropriate to appear in this journal. II. Scientifically there are several serious drawbacks. So, again, I can not recommend this paper for publication. 总共三位编辑，前面两个还是持肯定态度的，而最后一个编辑直接就是好不留情的拒稿，态度很决绝，用语也非常不客气。 我想问一下各位虫友，遇到这种情况，我是按照审稿人给出的意见重新投稿到这个期刊，还是按照审稿人提出的意见修改一下，投一个其他期刊呢？请给小虫分享一下各位的意见，谢谢哈！！！ |
