论文接收后编辑的来信翻译

Please E-mail the items listed below as attachments (with the Subject field of each message clearly marked with the paper's title and log number) to my administrative assistant at the following E-mail address : 1.The source files of your paper (Word or Tex). 2.A PDF file with the printable version of your paper. 3.Files of your original figures, i.e. one figure with caption per page separate from the manuscript text. Include also a PDF version of the figures. 4.Keywords, and the original and revised dates of your manuscript. 5.For each author; (full name, affiliation, title, e-mail address) as well as a short bio (250 words or less) with their picture (jpg). 6.The name, address, phone number/s and email address of the author to whom the galley proofs should be emailed. 上面是编辑的来信，下面是我的理解： 1，源文件，我放在一个文件夹里打包 2，最终的pdf版本---是否包括作者简介，照片等 3，我所有图片都是eps矢量图，我可以转化为pdf文件，问题是：除了每一个图片一个eps文件外，所有图片放到一个单独的pdf文件并且每一页一个图片么？文件名要怎么取？one figure with caption per page 是什么意思？ 4，这个我会 5，full name, affiliation, title---这里的title是什么？ 6，要我做什么？ 还有一开始的with the Subject field of each message clearly marked with the paper's title and log number----这一句到底让我怎么做？ 最后的email反而最难理解，大家帮我翻译理解一下？ |
