请问plant soil 下面那段话是啥意思？ Pre-Submission Review Plant and Soil requires all manuscripts to be ‘internally reviewed’ prior to submission by a local review panel or by a colleague from another institution. During online submission of their manuscript, the authors will be asked to name their colleague or local review panel. Any manuscript that does not meet this requirement will not be considered for publication and returned to the author. |
