关于FEP 收敛的问题

最近在做NAMD FEP的tutorial,有点不太明白的地方是如何确定FEP模拟是收敛的。教程上说了下面这段话，后面那段看不懂是什么意思。 Probing the convergence properties of the simulation We can assess convergence of the free energy calculation by monitoring the time-evolution of ∆G(λ) for every individual λ-state and the overlap of configurational ensembles embod- ied in their density of states, P0 [∆U (x)] and P1 [∆U (x)], where ∆U (x) = U1 (x) − U0 (x) denotes the difference in the potential energy between the target and the reference states. 大家是怎么判断FEP模拟是否收敛的？ |
