有荧光的物质能不能表征拉曼光谱？

在两篇文献看到这样的话： The highly fluorescent nature of the nanoparticles prevented further structural/chemical characterization using Raman spectroscopy （small 2008, 4, No. 4, 455–458）。 Attempts to obtain Raman spectra were unsuccessful due to the fluorescence of the nanoparticles （Chem. Commun., 2010, 46, 3309–3311）这篇文献引用了前面那篇做佐证，前者没有文献引用，像是常识一般。 可是我看到其他文献里有荧光的碳量子点同样表征了拉曼，如JACS，2007, 129, 744; angew. Chem. 2010, 122, 4532。 我们自己做的碳量子点有荧光的也表征了拉曼光谱，就不知道这样的数据准不准，能不能用，求教！ [ Last edited by scorpiomm on 2011-7-21 at 16:29 ] |
