因为是硕士论文，所以要求准确无误，当然金币给的也比较多，求各位帮帮忙，瞎翻的混金币的就不要来了，请高手赐教，谢谢 本文研究了OPA与胱氨酸，牛磺酸，甘氨酸，苯丙氨酸4种氨基酸的衍生化反应条件。 1.OPA与4种氨基酸的衍生化反应 采用高效液相色谱法，使用C18柱在梯度洗脱的方式下考察了胱氨酸，牛磺酸，甘氨酸，苯丙氨酸4种氨基酸与OPA的衍生化反应条件。为了达到最佳的衍生化效果，对衍生化试剂浓度、缓冲溶液PH值、衍生化温度和衍生化时间等因素进行考察，获得4种氨基酸衍生化的最佳条件。 [ Last edited by 致死之眠 on 2011-6-17 at 20:26 ] |

This study investigated derivatization conditions of 4 kinds of amino acids involving cystine, taurine, glycine, and 1. Derivatization of OPA with four kinds of amino acids Derivatization conditions of OPA with four kinds of amino acids were investigated with by high performance liquid chromatography on a C18 column using gradient elution. Optimum derivatization conditions were obtained by optimizing various factors, such as concentrations of derivatization reagent, PH value of buffer solutions, derivatization temperature and derivatization time. |
