求助一个关于加H限制精修的审稿问题

Please check the H restraints definitions in Experimental (they would be in the SHELXL file if it had been submitted). It would be helpful to include the final SHELXL input files within the CIF (under a _iucr_refine_instruction_details section. [ Last edited by hcht2006 on 2011-5-25 at 09:42 ] |

Carbon-bound H atoms were positioned geometrically (C–H=0.93Å and refined as riding atoms, with Uiso(H) values fixed at 1.2Ueq(C). The water H atom was located in a difference Fourier map and included in the subsequent refinement using the restraints O–H=0.85Å and H···H=1.39Å. In the last cycles of refinement, they were treated as riding on the O atoms to which they are attached, with Uiso(H)=–1.5Ueq(O).正文当中是这样写的,请问CIF中应该如何写,谢谢 |
