You may submit your application by email, however we must receive hard signed copy of your references. These may be scanned and sent as email documents, but must be on institutional letterhead and should be sent by the person writing the reference, who we may contact.
我的理解是，可以用电邮，但需要扫描件，教授的推荐信必须是手写版的，不知道理解的准确否？望指点。
