绿头鸭部分器官硒含量测定 为了解绿头鸭各器官内的硒含量水平，搜集罚没的绿头鸭个体12只，分别采集肝脏、肾脏、心脏、肺脏、肠、肌肉、血液等标本，采用AFS法测定硒元素含量，结果表明在绿头鸭的肾脏、肝脏中的硒元素含量较高，达到0.515±0.074μg/g和0.396±0.027μg/g，而肌肉、血液内的硒元素含量较低，分别为0.171±0.013μg/g和0.085±0.015μg/g，因此硒元素主要富集在绿头鸭内脏中，尤其是肾脏和肝脏。 [ Last edited by cxlandqyp on 2011-5-17 at 15:43 ] |

Selenium content in organs of green head duck. In order to understand the selenium content in each organ of green head duck, we have gathered 12 confiscate green head ducks. And the specimens of liver, kidneys, heart , lung, bowel, muscle, blood were collected separately, we use AFS spectrometry to measure the selenium content, the results show that selenium content is high in green head ducks' kidneys, livers, reaching to 0.515 + 0.074 muon g/g and 0.396 + 0.027 muon g/g. However, the selenium content is low in muscle and blood, which are 0.515±0.074μg/g and 0.396±0.027μg/g respectively. Therefore, selenium is mainly in green head duck's internal organs, especially the innards of kidney and liver. |

Detect the content of selenium in organs of mallard We select 12 mallards to investigate the content of selenium in mallard organs, and liver, kidney, heart, lung, intestine, muscle, blood and other samples were collected and detected by AFS. the results Showed that the selenium content is high in the kidney and liver of mallards and up to 0.515 ± 0.074μg / g and 0.396 ± 0.027μg / g. meanwhile it was low in the muscles and blood selenium, about 0.171 ± 0.013μg / g and 0.085 ± 0.015μg / g. therefore selenium enriched in mallard organs, especially in kidneys and liver. |
