Detect the content of selenium in organs of mallard
We select 12 mallards to investigate the content of selenium in mallard organs, and
liver, kidney, heart, lung, intestine, muscle, blood and other samples were collected and detected by AFS. the results Showed that the selenium content is high in the kidney and liver of mallards and up to 0.515 ± 0.074μg / g and 0.396 ± 0.027μg / g. meanwhile it was low in the muscles and blood selenium, about 0.171 ± 0.013μg / g and 0.085 ± 0.015μg / g. therefore selenium enriched in mallard organs, especially in kidneys and liver. |
