为进一步调控主链含苯并噁唑的聚酰亚胺的结构与性能，以制备适合不同需要的高性能共聚酰亚胺薄膜材料，本文以PDA、BOA、BIA、DABA及DA为原料分别制备了三种类型的具有不同BOA相对含量的共聚物，并制备了四种相应的均聚物用于比较。系统地对比研究了引入BIA、DABA及ODA对聚合物的聚集态结构、机械性能、耐热性、吸水性、透光性等性能的影响。共聚物的结构与性能的关系研究结果表明：相对于均聚物A而言，分子链上BIA、DABA及DA的引入使共聚物薄膜的拉伸强度、5%及10%失重温度、结晶能力或有序度均不同程度的下降，但薄膜的弹性模量、延伸率、Tg、透光性则依据引入的不同基团及其相对含量表现不同的变化趋势。此外，BIA、DABA的引入使整个共聚物的分子链段的平均堆砌相较于其对应均聚物中分子链的堆砌显得更为紧凑。共聚物分子主链上的不同链段间存在的氢键相互作用使共聚物的实测Tg相对于由FOX方程计算的理论值出现正偏差。随着DABA在共聚物中的相对含量增加，共聚物中酰胺基团愈加倾向于形成自身酰胺基团间氢键作用，使玻璃化转变呈现由3种分子链间作用逐渐向2种分子链间作用过渡的趋势。制备的薄膜兼具高的拉伸强度、模量和良好韧性及较好耐热性、热稳定性和较低的吸水性。研究还发现，含BOA的苯链段与含ODA的链段间形成的ab序列的自由度大于其对应均聚物中的含BOA的链段的aa序列和含ODA的链段间形成的bb序列，从而导致其实测Tg均相较于对应由FOX方程计算得到的理论值偏小。

In the paper PDA, BOA, BIA, DABA, and DA were used as materials to prepare  three types   of the copolymer with different relative content of BOA,  four corresponding homopolymer were prepared for comparison

the results of structure and properties of the copolymer  showed that compared with  homopolymer  A, the introduction of  BIA, DABA and the DA  to the molecular chain made  the tensile strength of copolymer films, the 5% and 10% weight loss temperature, the crystallization ability or the degree of order all have different degrees of decline, but the film's elastic modulus, elongation, Tg, light transmission had different trends  of the performances according to the intrduced different groups.

In addition, the introduction of  BIA and DABA made the copolymer molecular chain  much more compact than the average of their corresponding  piled  molecular chain of the homopolymers . the hydrogen bonding interaction between  of different segments ofthe copolymer in the copolymer main chain  made Tg measured by the FOX equation   occurs in the positive deviation compared  with the theoretical value .

With the relative content of DABA in the copolymer increasing, the copolymer tends to form self-hydrogen bonding  between the amide groups in itself; so  the glass transition presented by the three kinds of interaction between the molecular chains of molecular chains gradually converted to two kinds of interaction .

the prepared  films had  high tensile strength and modulus, good toughness , heat resistance, and thermal stability and also low water absorption. The study also found that the degree of freedom in   ab sequence including  BOA of benzene chain and ones which had ODA segment and the segment with the formation of between  is greater than the corresponding homopolymer chain  aa sequence containing BOA and  bb sequenc containing ODA , leading to Tg  measured by the FOX equation smaller than the theoretical value calculated .
