摘要： 目的 合成5-羟基吲哚。 方法 以对硝基间甲酚为起始原料，经过羟基保护、硝基还原及合环反应、催化脱苄 氯保护等4步反应制得5-羟基吲哚。 结果 目标产物经由1H-NMR确认其化学结构，总收率 32% 。 结论 本工艺操作简单，反应条件比较温和，产品质量便于控制。 关键词：5-羟基吲哚；合成；药物中间体 |

Result: the structure of the desired product has been confirmed with 1H-NMR spectrum, and the total yield is 32%.
