【求助】VASP 加电场的问题 已有2人参与

Hi ,everyone: I’m interested in the VASP software,especeial for adding the electrical field to the system .I want to know the some details about it .When I look forward to the internet .But the internet could not show me the right answer , all result show me the documents about the details of this problem is PRB46, 16967(1992),which explains the sub-program dipol.F .But I can’t find this paper .Could you give the right literature , and show me the mechanism of the adding electrical field .
