[交流] 【求助】请教第二次预平衡问题

各位高手：
我最近按照《蛋白质结构预测实验指南》一书中的例子做一个蛋白的minimize 和平衡。
首先是固定CA碳进行第一次预平衡。这个没有问题。
问题出在第二次预平衡（全放开的结构优化过程）：
我安装书上的要求，将structure 后文件改为xxx.coor，按照.xsc文件内容修改盒子信息，并取消了CA碳的限制并取消minimize。
运行后提示：
charm++ FATAL ERROR：
FATAL ERROR: ABNORMAL EOF FOUND - buffer=*@@*

——请问这是为什么？
