[交流] 硕士快要毕业了,文章还没投出去,硅薄膜方向,求助 已有8人参与

我的硕士课题是:纳米晶硅薄膜的制备,物理气相沉积,后续退火,跟纳米和太阳能电池都有点关系,但是感觉没有创新点,做得也不深,主要是制备和表征分析,文章第一次投的Applied Surface Science,直接被编辑拒掉了。马上要毕业了,请高人推荐个快点、易接收的杂志,英文,影响因子超过0.4就可以。实在是不知道怎么办好了。

Thank you for the submission to Applied Surface Science of the above-mentioned manuscript. As editor I have studied the paper to judge its suitability for publication in this journal. I noticed that the manuscript must be considered to be premature and thus cannot be considered for publication in Applied Surface Science. Please, find below some of my observations.
-Apart from the pressure ("about 2 Pa" no precise information concerning the deposition is presented. Growth rates, target substrate distance, background pressure remain a secret. Furthermore, for the power and substrate temperature only ranges are given. You must be aware thereof that in a scientific publication the information concerning the experiment must be sufficiently detailed so that someone else can repeat the experiment and, in principle, can find the same results.
-For the annealing temperature and duration only ranges are given. Sample ID code is used, however without definition. For instance, figure 1a is not understandable.
-Giving a size as "several dozens nm to nearly 100 nm" does not belong in a scientific paper.
-The reader has to search until section 3.3 to find a thickness value.
-The straight-line extrapolation in figure 8b is questionable.
-The motivation and scientific novelty of the work are not made clear. The paper seems to be a report of the experimental results without significant scientific discussions, or comparison with similar work reported in the literature.
-Magnetron sputter deposition of films is usually considered to be within the scope of Applied Surface Science because of the many surface aspects in the sputter deposition process which determine the film properties. In the presently submitted paper the emphasis seems to be on the annealing process, see my first remark above. Consequently the paper is considered to be outside the scope of a surface science journal.

投稀有金属材料与工程吧,SCI收录的,接受的可能性较大,不过影响因子貌似没得0.4。

很好找工作啊!现在太阳能还是做硅的多,而且薄膜更好。
