[交流] 【求助】溶液配制是经常出现的剂量问题不太明白 望各位前辈指点一下 已有2人参与

文献原文:These  freshly cleaned ITO glasses were used to deposit a thin layer of TiO 2 of thickness ∼ 30 nm by immersing the substrate in a solution
containing 0.1 M (NH 4 ) 2 TiF 6 and 0.2 M H 3 BO 3 for 30 min at
25 ° C. The substrates were then spin coated by 0.60 mol L
- 1
of Zn(CH 3 COO) 2 · 2H 2 O in a 2-methoxyethanol/monoethano-
lamine to form ∼ 50 nm thick seed layer of ZnO, followed by
heat  treatment  at  300 ° C  for  10  min  to  obtain  dense  and
transparent seed layers. (2) ZnO template growing. The seeded
substrates were placed in an aqueous solution containing 0.015
M
Zn(NO 3 ) 2 and 0.015 M hexamethylenetetramine at 95 ° C
for 2 h. Subsequently, the resultant films were thoroughly rinsed
with deionized water (DI) to remove any residual salt or amino
complex and dried with compressed air. (3) TiO 2 nanotube
forming. The synthesized ZnO nanorod arrays on ITO were
immersed in aqueous solution consisting of 0.075 M (NH 4 ) 2 TiF 6
and 0.2 M H 3 BO 3 at room temperature for 1.5 h. The resulting
TiO 2 nanotubes were then dipped in a 0.5 M H 3 BO 3 solution
for 1 h to remove any residual ZnO.

疑问:这是制取TiO2NT的文章 实验要涉及到溶液的配制 ,文章多次出现0.1 M (NH 4 ) 2 TiF 6  \0.2 M H 3 BO 3(红色字体标注的"M"是物质的量还是物质浓度) ,但文章中也出现了一处mol/L(绿色字体)我疑惑的是它(我指的是"M")是针对的溶液的体积是1升呢还是1毫升呢? 也就是我不明白其配制的溶液的浓度。以后写文章也要这么写么,还望前辈和高手指点!

我国国家标准规定,物质的量浓度的单位为mol/L  不允许使用M

Although the preferred unit for concentration is mol dm-3, because 1 dm3 is equal to 1 litre (L), concentration may also be quoted as mol/L, mol/dm3, mol L-1, or even just ‘M’. 2 M sulfuric acid is therefore sulfuric acid with a concentration of 2 moles per litre. International convention however recommends that this use of ‘M’, and the use of the term ‘molarity’ instead of concentration, be discontinued as M is the notation commonly used for molar mass.
