[交流] 有一段英文翻译为中文

Both minnocycline and rifampin were deteced under the same separation conditions.The mobile phase cinsisted of KH2PO4(60%)and acetontrile(40%)with the final pH adjutsed to ~3.25 using 85% O-phosphoric acid.The HPL system was run under an isocratic reversed-phase condition with a flow rate of 1mL/min.Detection was done at a wavelength of 339 nm. Minocycine was eluted at 1.5 min,and rifamipin was detected at 13 min .In pilot trials,known amounts of antibiotics were added to 1-cm segments of uncoated catheters and extracted as outlined above.More than 90% of both antibiotics were recovered. After construction of standard curves,antibiotic cintrols were measured with a consistent accuracy of >85%.

在相同的分离条件下都检测到了二甲胺四环素和利福平。色谱流动相组成为60%的磷酸二氢钾和40%的乙腈,并用邻苯磺酸调节pH值在3.25左右。高效液相色谱在等度反相条件下运行,气流速度为1ml/min.检测波长为339nm。二甲胺四环素洗提1.5min,利福平洗提13min.实验过程中,向空导管中添加1cm已知量的抗生素,并在上述条件下分离。抗生素的回收量大于90%。 从绘制的标准曲线上可知,抗生素量检测的精确度大于85%。
